This course will equip the students to know and understand some clinical conditions, functions, symptoms, deficiencies diseases/ disorders involving certain nutrients, GIT, cardiovascular, urinary/renal systems and their management. It will also provide the students with knowledge and skills to assist in carrying out nutrition intervention as well as the ethics regarding the provision of these interventions.
